Abstract
Nanosecond repetitively pulsed discharges are applied to pure water vapor at 450 K and 1 atm. The plasma behavior in the glow and spark regimes is presented. The glow regime presents a streamer-like propagation, whereas the spark regime shows an homogeneous excitation of the gap.
