Abstract

In this work, we report the purification and characterization of a sample of DWNTs, synthesized by a modified arc-evaporation method. The DWNTs investigated in this study were characterised using high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). The detailed microstructure of one representative DWNT was obtained by applying a digital image restoration approach to a focal series of HRTEM images.
