title = "Stabilization of linear parameter varying systems",
abstract = "A linear parameter varying system is defined as a linear system whose state-space coefficients depend on an exogenous time varying parameter which is unknown a priori but can be measured. The paper investigates the problem of stabilization of LPV systems with arbitrarily fast parameter variations. Two methods are reviewed for stabilization: small-gain input/output methods and high-gain state-space methods. These methods are investigated in the context of possible conservatism and robustness properties.",
