    Abstract

Exfoliation of metal-organic frameworks is one of the technological strategy for fabrication of complex metal- organic structures for catalysis and energy storage. Here we report on exfoliation of 2D metal-organic frameworks in ultrasonic bath for creating monolayers for further investigation of morphology and mechanics of the layers by atomic force microscopy.
