Abstract

A capacitive photoresistor array (200) having frequency-independent capacitance includes first and second electrodes (210, 212) and a composite material (220) including a perovskite (222) and a terpolymer (224). The composite material (220) is sandwiched between the first electrode (210) and the second electrode (212), and a capacitance of the array (200) changes proportionally with a light intensity for visible light and is independent of light frequency due to a combination of the perovskite (222) and the terpolymer (224).
