Abstract

The phase change dispersion during the surface plasmon wave coupling process was extracted experimentally using a slit-groove interferometer and validated through numerical simulation, enriching the fundamental understanding of plamsonic subwavelength optics on a chip. ©2015 Optical Society of America.
