Abstract
4D inverse problems in imaging are historically solved independently per time step. Recent advances in joint 4D reconstruction allow for significantly improved results especially when the 3D problem is very ill-posed. The methods are broadly applicable to tomography, fluid imaging, and many other imaging problems.
