On the Stability of Self-Injection Locked Green Tunable Laser Diode System

Abstract

Effect of injection current and external-cavity length on the stability of self-injection-locked tunable InGaN/GaN green laser diode is reported. Highly stable locked modes at small 36-mA current and large 28-cm external cavity was achieved.
