Abstract

Formulation procedures together with numerical results are presented for a variety of planar transmission line geometries frequently encountered in high-frequency integrated circuits. Data for a full-wave example are given for a coupled-line microstrip interconnection and a step discontinuity. These data can be used in establishing criteria for the design of associated circuitry.
