Abstract
MXenes, as an emerging large two-dimensional (2D) family, are in the early stage of development for the electronics application compared with the other 2D materials. However, the rich and unique physical and chemical properties and the diverse compositions indicate the huge potential of MXenes applied in various electronic and communicating devices on macro, micro, or even nanoscale. In this chapter, we discussed the current research status of MXenes in oxide electronics, 2D electronics, flexible and wearable electronics, iontronic and neuromorphic devices, and antennas. Unique advantages of MXenes and several significant research topics have been pointed to push this direction further forward.
