Abstract

Modification of nanostructures of Co[SiO2] samples by controlled annealing was discussed. The thermal treatment parameters were controlled and the microstructural changes in the sample were mapped. It was found that annealing of samples close to xc resulted in a suppression of the giant Hall effect.
