Abstract

The electron and hole transport in (MDMO-PPV)-(PCBM) blends was studied by ToF measurements at RT as a function of PCBM concentration laser excitation density and applied bias. Hole mobility increased when the laser intensity was increased above a threshold value of ∼1 μJ cm-2 per pulse, consistent with the notion of trap filling in the polymer at polaron densities of ∼1017 cm-3.
