Abstract
An imaging method and a traveltime inversion scheme are applied to refraction seismic data. Both synthetic and real data tests indicate that the imaging method works well for the case of one homogeneous layer over a half space and that the traveltime inversion method works well for more complicated structures. These methods may be used to determine statics information in complex environments.
