Abstract

By blending light-emitting polymers (LEPs) with photo-curable polymers and using self-aligned direct writing, LEP microstructures were fabricated directly on top of micro-pixellated InGaN light-emitting diodes, demonstrating a hybrid LED technology. © 2006 IEEE.
