Abstract

The synthesis and structures of the two Cu^I halide complexes [Cu₅(dppm)(dppm^-)₂(O^tBu)Cl ₂] and [Cu₃(dppm)₃Br₂]-[CuBr ₂] (dppm = Ph₂PCH₂PPh₂, dppm ^- = [Ph₂PCHPPh₂]^-) are reported. The compounds were obtained by treating reaction mixtures of [CuO^tBu] and dppm with dichloromethane or dibromomethane.
