Abstract

Hole transport in two fluorene-arylenediamine copolymers is studied by means of time-of-flight (ToF) and space-charge-limited dark-injection (SCL DI) transient current methods. Non-dispersive and dispersive hole transport is observed for a range of sample thicknesses, applied electric fields and temperatures.
