Abstract

The composition dependence of charge carrier mobility in polyfluorene:[6,6]-phenyl C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) blend films was analyzed. The time-of-flight photocurrent techniques were used to study the electron and the hole mobilities. The charge carrier mobility exhibited a strong dependence on the PCBM concentration. It was found that the presence of PCBM molecules in the film influenced the magnitude of the mobility and the shape of the current transient.
