Equipments Details

Description

High performance system for real-time biomolecular interaction analysis, using surface plasmon resonance - SPR - technology. The system is designed for research and development activities requiring flexibility in assay setup. The Biacore™ T200 system provides high-quality data for detailed studies of biomolecular interactions. Outstanding sensitivity pushes the limits of label-free interaction analysis, ranging from ions to viruses.

With this equipment, one can get final results faster using guided workflows with built-in data quality assessments for kinetic, affinity, concentration, specificity, selectivity, and thermodynamic interaction data. Biacore T200 supports the use of 96- and 384-well microplates. The use of all four flow cells allows four interactions to be simultaneously monitored. The sample compartment of Biacore T200 can be cooled down to 4°C, enabling the analysis of sensitive samples in unattended runs of up to 48 h.

Biacore T200 software offers a range of tools for confident and reliable kinetic analyses. These analyses can be performed using a multicycle approach (many samples against one ligand or when different ligands are immobilized), or alternatively, using single-cycle kinetics (fast runs without regeneration).

Applications: Kinetics/affinity characterization, LMW interaction, fragment screening, epitope mapping, immunogenicity, concentration analysis, label-free analysis

Model: Biocare T200 by GE Healthcare Life Sciences
